今後の本部事務局運営について
この度本部事務局の運営をお手伝いすることになりましたので、所信を述べさせていただきます。
壮大な景色を楽しむ登山者たちに、厳しい環境下で咲く高山植物に関心をもってもらい、当協会の保護活動を理解して支援してもらいたい。それには会員が山小屋での営みを通して、あるいは一緒に登る山仲間として、高山植物のことを語るからこそ説得力があります。
一方、地域での自然保護活動に参加している人たちに高山植物の魅力を伝え、一緒に山に登り高山植物を楽しんでもらいたい。そして当協会の活動を支援してもらえるようにしたい。それには会員が地域活動の仲間として話すからこそ説得力があります。
・高山植物の魅力が語れますか。
・その保護活動の取り組みについて話せますか。
会員が情報発信力を共有できるようにしていくことが協会の運営にとって必要なことではないでしょうか。
そのためのお手伝いをすることが事務局の役割であり、会員の意見を集約して協会の運営に反映し、会員間の交流の機会を充実していくことを考えていきます。
ホームページに掲載する情報を会員から提供してもらい、逐次公開し、フォトコンテストは掲載された写真の中から選出し、掲載された貴重な記事についても評価していくようにします。またタイムリーな情報交換ができるようFacebook の運営も図ります。
会員同士が同じ登山道での定期観察会を開催することを推奨します。何人かで観察することで見落としが減り、視点が様々で、気づきが多くなり、感じたこと、知ったこと、考えたことを分かち合えます。観察時期を変え、毎年継続して観察することで、そこの自然環境がわかってくると、保護したいものが見えてきます。
自分一人では無理でも、仲間がいれば可能になります。それが協会の運営を継続していく意義だと思います。
